Payment & Shipping Policy

Payment for your purchase must be made in full prior to shipping. We cannot accept deposits to hold an item for you. All purchases must be made in full usually with one transaction unless special arrangements are made. All prices shown on the web site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Novori reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not already an existing Novori customer.


Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card for purchases at Novori. Credit card payments are accepted on orders of $3,000.00 or less. For your security, a Credit Card Purchase Authorization form may be required to be completed with your personal identification and signature for credit card purchases. We may ask you for additional information such as a utility bill in order to confirm shipping information. If payment is made by credit card, we are only permitted to ship packages to the credit card billing address on file with the bank.

Bank Wire: A bank wire is a simple, easy and secure way to transfer funds from your bank to ours. We will provide you simple instructions on how to arrange this. When you pay by bank wire you will receive a 2.0% discount off of your purchase when a complete ring (a diamond and setting) are purchased. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $250.00 or more. International orders must be paid by bank wire.


Policy on Debit Cards

A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

As an alternative, you can:
a) Continue your order via wire transfer and receive a 2.0% discount. A wire transfer is a simple process of contacting your bank to have funds moved from your bank to ours and is available for orders of $250.00 or more. It works on the same principle as your debit card, but requires some direct communication with your bank to allow for a larger transaction. Contact us and we will send you easy step by step instructions. It may require a few days for your bank to transfer your funds.
b) Continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing today.
c) Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.

Shipping to the USA

Our rings are custom made so you can expect your order to ship within 7-12 days of placing your order. If you need it sooner, contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs. For some custom rings the delivery time can take longer, but we will provide you with a firm delivery date when we confirm your order details with you. We insure each package shipment for its full retail value. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Novori orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx. Fedex 2nd Day shipping is free with all orders. An upgrade to Fedex Priority Overnight is $19 US. In some areas FedEx provides Saturday delivery for which there is a $20 US charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All shipping and delivery dates are provided on a best efforts basis and are subject to change at any time. Most of our jewelry is custom made for your order and the manufacturing process may require additional time depending on the product purchased. Although we try to anticipate these factors and in most cases we are able to meet scheduled delivery dates, please be aware the delivery dates may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to communicate any delays or possible delays as soon as possible and to make convenient delivery arrangements with you. Once we ship an order, the delivery is in the hands of the shipping company where we have limited to no control over delivery. When placing your ordering from Novori, please allow yourself sufficient time to allow for any possible delays with your order.

Canadian and International Shipments

We are able to ship to other countries around the world with some limitations. Shipping and insurance costs of $40 US for Canadian orders and $50 US for International orders will be charged. You will be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes which may be applied once your order reaches the destination country. Please be aware that your package may be held in customs for a period of time and allow for this delay when placing your order. If you need to return an international order for any reason, you will have to pre-pay any customs, duties or taxes as we will not accept any returns if these have not been paid. Shipping charges for international orders are not refundable. International orders must be paid by bank wire. Diamond Only Orders

We would love for you to select one of hundreds of unique ring settings but understand that in some cases we may not offer what you have in mind. You should inquire with our sales staff if you don't see what you are looking for as we can custom make rings and all of our ring settings are custom made for each individual order. If still wish to purchase a diamond only from our web site, additional costs are incurred on our behalf and require us to charge an additional fee. Our diamond only purchase fee is a minimum charge of $50 but is higher for diamond carat weights over 1.45 carats. We will confirm this charge with you prior to your payment being made.

Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax of 9.0% is collected on orders shipped to addresses within the state of California.
