As I told you on the phone, I really feel that you went above and beyond the call of duty, and certainly your contractual agreement. I want you to know that this does not go unnoticed. As you undoubtedly well know, purchasing an engagement ring is somewhat of an ordeal for the would-be husband emotionally, financially, and organizationally speaking. The entire operation requires a stiff drink or two, to say the least. And purchasing internationally over the internet I found compounded a certain degree of anxiousness (and, might I add, another stiff drink or two) to the equation. My experience, which could have been a terrifying one, given that my first stone selection was unwise (do to the EGL-standard we talked about), was saved and ultimately ended in bliss because of you.
